Hi everyone I am running Cardiff half marathon in October in memory of our lovely Gaynor. This is a challenge for me to say the least but if I can raise any money at all to support cystic fibrosis trust and the incredible work they do then it will be worth every step. Gaynor was an incredible person and such a fighter till the end. Please support me xxUpdates
